What We Did in 2016

Established in late 2013, Turkish Cosmetics has been having a very successful career so far, despite being a relatively young company. Behind Turkish Cosmetics, there is a team of immensely experienced staff of experts, engineers and businessman. That’s why the company has been having great achievements over the past few years. 2016 was particularly busy year for us; we had our first ever Influencers Meeting where we hosted six of the leading makeup artists and bloggers throughout the world. We also participated in many beauty fairs and we continue to organize beauty-related photoshoots and work on Beautyland Magazine.

Cosmoprof 2016

Turkish Cosmetics Promotion Group participated in Cosmoprof 2016 that took place in Bologna, Italy for the 9th time in a row last year. İKMİB President Murat Akyüz pointed out that Turkish companies have made a groundbreaking progress in the last year and also most of the brands have updated their products and their ingredients as well as their packaging, which drew more attention in last years Cosmoprof Fair.

Cosme Tokyo 2016

Turkish Cosmetics Promotion Group started its beauty fairs tour in Tokyo, Japan at the 5th annual Cosme Tokyo Fair in January of 2016. Mete Özbalaban, who's the Tokyo Commerce Adviser has said during his visit that the Japanese market is extremely big and it is a big opportunity to increase the awareness of Turkish Cosmetics products via the sympathy Japan has for Turkish culture. The Promotion Group participated in the fair with a custom made beauty stand and drew massive attention from cosmetics enthusiasts with their skin care and makeup products that are all made in Turkey.

InterCHARM Ukraine 2016

InterCHARM Ukraine is the only international business platform that displays the state of Ukrainian beauty industry market as well as meeting all international standards of service. It is known for its saturated program of professional training events, thematic forums, conferences and also demonstrations. Turkish Cosmetics Promotion Group was in Ukraine to participate in this massive event that took place in Kiev in September 2016.

The Cosmetic Chemicals Production and Standardization Congress

Turkish Cosmetics Promotion Group works really hard to represent Turkey in international promotion events and also works hard to improve the quality when it comes to exporting Turkish Cosmetics products. To support the local cosmetics industry, The Chemists Association will be organizing the 7th annual Cosmetic Chemicals Production and Standardization Congress on February 24-26 in Antalya, Turkey. In this three-day event, various lectures and workshops will take place. These activities will include: perfume workshops, a lecture on the safety evaluation of cosmetics products, promotions on skin care and makeup products as well as Anatolia’s soap exhibition.

Beauty Eurasia 2017

In April of last year, Turkish Cosmetics Promotion Group hosted one of the biggest beauty fairs in the world. Beauty Euroasia 2016 took place in Istanbul and some of the biggest brands in the cosmetics sector joined this event that celebrated the advanced possibilities in the industry. Turkish Cosmetics Promotion Group also hosted six of the most popular beauty bloggers from around the world in Istanbul. The first ever Influencers Meeting lasted three days and the first stop in the bloggers' agenda was Beauty Euroasia. This year, the beauty fair will take place on April 27-29 2017 in Istanbul Expo Center.

Turkish Export Products Fair

The 7th Annual Turkish Export Products Fair took place in Ashkhabad, the capital city of Tukmenistan, in February 2016. The fair received great interest from the high state officials in Turkmenistan. 160 companies participated in the fair. High number of top officials particularly including Samuhammet Durdulyyew, the Assistant President National Assembly of Turkmenistan, and Rasid Meredov, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Deputy President Council of Ministers, attended the opening ceremony. Mustafa Elitaş, the Deputy Minister of Economy, and Rıfat Hisarcıklıoğlu, the President of Turkish Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges attended the event which received great interest from the foreign mission chiefs in Turkmenistan.
