Expo 2015 was a Universal Exposition hosted by Milan, Italy. The opening took place on May 1, 2015 and the Expo closed on October 31, 2015. The theme chosen for the 2015 Milan Universal Exposition was Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life. It embraced technology, innovation, culture, traditions and creativity and how they relate to food and diet. The area occupied by the Expo 2015 site is located about 15 kilometres, northwest of Milan in the municipalities of Rho and Pero, and covers an area of 1.1 km2 .

Turkish Pavilion consists of 3 main divisions of indoor, semi-outdoor and outdoor venues on a total area of 4.170-square-meter, which includes 7 semi-outdoor distinct chambers. Of these chambers, 5 are designed for theme-related events and the remaining two as a Turkish restaurant and a boutique of souvenirs. Turkish cosmetics promotion group between 15-31 July 2015 play a part of Turkish pavilion, whom main theme is rose. Decorating cosmetics area with white and red roses that refer to Turkish flags colour. Giving promotion cosmetic bags, lavender pouch and Beautyland Turkey Magazines to the visitors. Besides, rose turkish delight and rose oil which is poured from Turkish glasswork 'Çeşm-i Bülbül' and special patterns belonging to the Turkish culture.
